The Standard Surface Mount Post is constructed of a 4 inch square cross section of heavy gauge steel tubing with a mounting plate welded to the top. Its durable powder coated black finish matches the black Oasis Mailboxes (mailbox sold separately). The post is designed to be mounted to concrete.
