Operation Steps:
1: Attach the Precision Cooker to any sized pot(height should be more than 19cm)
2: Fill water to the level between MIN and MAX indicators marked on the sous vide. place food in a food-grade sealed bag, vacuum-sealed or ziplock, connect to power, set time and temperature
3: To turn it on you have to press the On button for 3 seconds and then it will bleep and the display will turn on. The display will show the current temperature and there are three options:
Set Time -This is actually a "time delay" before it actually turns on. This is useful if for example you place a frozen beefsteak into the water bath when you leave work at 9am but want it ready to eat when you get home at 5pm. If the beefsteak takes 2 hours to cook you can set the time delay for 6 hours so that it will start cooking at 3pm and it will be done at 5pm. If you want to cook at once, please keep the Set Time: 00:00
Work Time -This is actually cooking time after it has reached the set cooking temperature. It will start counting down only when it has hit the desired temperature and stop after the time has elapsed.
Set Temperature -This is the cooking temperature you require. Scroll the wheel up and down to adjust the temperature or time.
Notes:
1: Make sure the water level between the MAX(Max is better) and MIN mark. When the water level goes below the MIN mark (E03 error) or above the MAX mark (E04 error), it will alarm and the circulator will shut off, you can adjust the water level to resume work
2: When you set the temperature without time, the sous vide will work continually in the setting temperature until you pause it or circulator shut off automatically when the water level goes below the MIN level
