Delivery options:
1. Qxpress (trackable doorstep delivery)
Your order is sent to your mailing address by Qxpress courier. Tracking number will be provided. Delivery time can take 3 to 5 working days. If no one is available to receive item during delivery, a separate delivery date may be arranged.
2. If you need the item urgently, arrangement can be made to meet up at Toa Payoh MRT station to hand over the item. But date and timing will be at the convenience of the seller. Please email to shopwithen@gmail.com for more details and DO NOT place order first. Do ensure the telephone number registered with Qoo10 is correct so we can contact you to arrange meeting date and time.

Shipping Disclaimer:
1. Please ensure that the mailing address provided is complete and accurate. If orders are returned due to wrong address provided, buyer will be contacted for a redelivery and buyer will need to bear all redelivery expense.
2. If buyer chooses to meet up to hand over item and fails to turn up at the agreed meeting time, the buyer would be deemed to have forfeited the transaction. Amount paid for the purchase will not be refundable.
Return/Exchange Policy:
1. Once order is confirmed and submitted by buyer, no cancellation is allowed.
2. All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable unless due to major manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered. Please send all exchange requests to shopwithen@gmail.com within 3 days after receiving items. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Washed or used items will not be exchanged or refunded. Shipping fee for exchange is borne by buyers.
3. No refund or exchange is allowed for the following reasons:
a) Damage to items as a result of improper care after receiving items
b) Change of mind after receiving items
c) Slight colour differences between actual items and photos
d) Sending items back without prior notice to seller
