USAGE
Levels 1-2
You can use dough hook to mix heavy mixtures, e.g. bread or short pastry.
Levels 1-4
You can use beater to mix medium-heavy mixtures, e.g. crepes or sponge mixture.
Levels 5-6
You can use whisk to mix light mixtures e.g. cream, egg white, blancmange.
Pulse, you can use whisk to mix interval, e.g. for mixing under sponge, egg white.

Tip
The stand mixer can not exceed three consecutive cycles, a single cycle of 5 minutes.
