Five inch ginseng carrots fleshy roots buried deep， if the top layer is too

Planting method：
(1)Sowing seeds in the soil surface after water flooding， covering about 2cm

Carrots harvest:
Grow about three months， when the fleshy root fully swelled，then it can be
harvested. Usually the fleshy root soil will appear crack， middle leaves
becomes yellow-green and peripheral leaves began to yellow. Pouring
water before harvest， after the soil becomes soft， then pull carrots
out， you can also use bamboo tools to dig the fleshy roots carefully.
