Takoyaki is a Japanese grilled puff ball made with waffle or pancake batter. The most common filling is octopus mixed with bonito flakes, scallions and ponzu sauce. This specially designed turning pick makes it easier to flip and turn takoyaki balls while cooking in the pan. This tool can also be used to turn over pancake puffs or Danish ebelskivers.
