Suggested Use
Recommended Use: As an adult dietary supplement take 2 capsules before breakfast or morning exercise session and 2 more capsules at mid-afternoon. Initially take half the recommended amount (1 capsule 2 times daily) for the first 7 days to determine your tolerance.
