Can be used in massage basin, plastic and wooden pail
- Put 1 or 2 bags into 1-2 liters of hot water for 5-10 mins to let the herbal dissolve into the hot water
- Add tap water to lower the temperature to suit your skin for soaking
- You may remove the herbal bags from the water or leave it in the pail
- Add hot water if needed
- Soak your foot for 10 mins and add hot water again to soak for another 10-15 mins
- Towel dry after soaking
- It is normal to sweat during soaking your foot in warm water
