Order Notice.
1. There may be slight differences of the image color depending on the monitor specification or resolution.
2. COMME.R products are handmade product and sizes may slightly differ.
3. Manufacturing period may take from 2 to 7 days and depending on the availability of parts, it may take up to maximum of 1 month.
4. Washing the leather is not possible.
5. Please be cautious as the bag may damage due to heavy contents.
6. When exposed to humidity, moisture, sweat, heat and etc., deformations such as discoloration, contamination, bleaching effects and others may occur on the product. Cautions is required as discoloration may occur when exposed to direct sunlight or lights.
7. Caution is required as contamination or damage may occur from alcohol and water containing oil(cosmetics, perfume, etc.).
8. Caution is required as pigment transfer of bag color to light color apparels may occur or apparel color may stain bag from friction due to the nature of the material.
9. Store lying flat after putting inside a dust bag filled with filling to maintain the shape when storing.
10. Special attention is needed as contaminated leather and bag material may not be restored to its original condition.
Quality Assurance Standards Precautions of Refund / Exchange
1. Refund / exchange is available within 7 days from the date of receipt.
2. Products that has trace of use or products of removed tags are not eligible for refund/exchange.
3. All mileages (Sign up Mileage, purchase mileage) that was used in purchasing the product will not be returned for refund made due to customer’s simple change of mind.
4. The sizes may differ according to the measuring method and refund & exchange may be limited due to this reason.
5. Product trade is not available for exchange occasions. Product of customer’s wish will be shipped after return of the product.
6. Exchanges are limited to the same product only for the defective products. (exchanging to different product is not available)
7. Compensations of all accidents caused during the return process (damage of product due to natural disaster and shipping accident) is customer’s responsibility.
Refund / Exchange Process
1. Please apply through Logen Parcels (1588-9988)
2. For convenient store parcel services, please pre-pay the parcel fees (C.O.D will charge additional fees to the customer)
3. In cases of exchange/refund due to customer’s simple change of mind, please enclose the round-parcel fees(5,000KRW) and exchange/refund application form with the product while claim the parcel service in C.O.D

In cases of impossible exchange/return
1. Products that has passed 7 days from the date of receipt.
2. In cases of loss, damage of product tag, gift, and others.
3. Damaged products caused by customer’s mishandling.
4. Products that has trace of usage.
5. Products of decreased value due to the elapse of time.
Other Information.
1. Shipping fees will be charged by the company for exchange/return caused by defective products or Shipping error.
2. Rapid exchange/returns will be processed when enclosed ‘exchange/return application form’ is filled out.
