We will proceed for shipping the next working day if you order before 9pm. Orders after 9pm will be process and send for shipping after 2 working days. Working days are from Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We take a lot of responsibilties for our products. As much as we can, we try to check for defects on the product before shipping. Please do note that even though we try to protect the package as much as possible, the items could be damage during shipping due to mishandling or bad weather conditions.

For exchanges and returns, you will have to send the item back to us so that we can facilitate an exchange with proof of the defective product. The product will have to be unused and we will accept returns and exchanges if you notify us of any defects within 3 days of receiving the product.
