Q: How much time does it take on shipping?
- Usually, Express Shipping takes about 2~5 days excluding weekends and holidays. (As of US/express, Standard Shipping takes 7-15 business days.) Please note that these delivery times are averages. It can differ depending on your location. During Korean holidays, the delivery time may take a little longer than usual.
Q: Do you provide tracking number?
- Yes, we provide tracking number. In case of airmail, eBay upload tracking information 1~2days after the purchase.
Q: What if I have an issue?
- Contact us and send us message only through eBay message at first. All of our e-mail is only used for outgoing. We do not respond to e-mail.
Q:Return & Refund
- Please refer to following notice before you require return process.
- Every return can only be processed after the issue is discussed with us.
- Most of the warranty is guaranteed for 1 year, but it provided under consultation with the manufacturer.
- Returning simply for a refund is available with the box and the item in original state and the box is unopened. However, original shipping fee will be deducted.
- Return item must be in its original box and include all of the original accessories. Fees will be applied for missing items such as adapter, original box, harnesses, and etc.
- Returning process will be done according to our return policy and buyer's cooperation is very crucial. Please refer to following notice before you require return process.

- All electronics, 220V and 60hz, the plug type is "C" (EU type)
For free voltage items, provided plug (only for USA, Canada and AU buyers)
If you would order items that is not fit the voltage in your country, we can hold the item shipping.
