Evening Primrose Oil is extracted from seeds of the evening primrose plant (Oenothera Biennis). Together with its high levels of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) and Linoleic Acid (LA), Evening Primrose Oil may help relieve pre-menstrual and menopause symptoms. It may also improve skin health, thus providing a good skin complexion. Vitamin E is a poweful antioxidant which helps to scavenge free radicals.
