Method of preparing tapioca black pearls
1)when the water is boiling, slowly pour the pearls into water. stir well until pearls float up. reduce flame & keep water boiling .
2)boil for another 35minutes,turn off flame,then cover the pot for another 10minutes .
3)scoop up pearls ,rinse with running tap water
4)sieve dry.sprinkle sugar stir well n serve
•Pls keep pearls in dry or cool place .
•after cooking pls consume pearls within a day as it will harden after a day even in chiller :)

Serving Instructions:

-All Jolly bee drinks must be refridgerated and best served chilled with ice.

- For best result, Add 3/4 full ice cubes in a serving bowl together with Jolly bee.you may add alittle water if it's too sweet.(own preference)

-All drinks are to be consumed within 3 weeks.
