1) The Stated Price is for ONE panel of Curtain or Tulle; it does NOT include Valance. We do not carry valance for the reason that typical Singapore flat is not more than 2.6m and its effect on this height is not as appealing from our point of view. However if you really love to have Valance (its price is around 3 times that of curtain), kindly contact us for details.

2) Hooks are free for every 1m of 4 or 6 for eyelets.

3) Length (or height) of curtain/tulle is custom made according to the dimension you selected, and it has a tolerance of about 1 to 2cm,

4) The recommended curtain/tulle width is 2 times wider that the width of the pole or track to create the folds. When processing, width of each piece (or panel) of curtain/tulle will reduce by around 10 to 15cm.

5) The price for every order is for 1 piece  (or 1 panel) of curtain or tulle, not 2 pieces. And the Qty of the order is the width of a single piece of curtain/tulle. Typically you will need 2 to form a pair; one panel on the left- and right-side of your window. If you need a pair, you should order 2 pieces. For example, if you want 2 pieces of curtains forming a pair and the width of each piece is 3m. Then you make two orders of the same requirements with Qty of 2.

6) You may also purchase curtain and/or tulle without processing for Eyelets/Grommets, Hooks, and Pleats. For this purchasing, please contact us and minimum width of 5m is required.

7) This is tailor made, and it will take around 2 weeks ready for delivery.

8) Product will be thoroughly inspected before deliver and as this is tailor made, there will be no refund.
