Ingredients: Active Ingredients: In Each Tablet: Acetaminophen (250 mg), Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg), Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (10 mg), Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (5 mg). Purpose: Pain Reliever/Fever Reducer, Antihistamine, Cough Suppressant, Nasal Decongestant.
