Suggested Use
Daytime Formula
Adults take 6 capsules daily preferably 3 capsules twice daily with at least 10-20 ounces of water juice or your favorite beverage. Children (6 yrs - 12 yrs) take 1/2 the adult suggested use. For best results use periodically with original colon cleanse.
Nighttime Formula
Take 3 capsules every night 30-60 minutes before bedtime with at least 10-20 ounces of water juice or your favorite beverage. Not recommended for children. For best results use periodically with original colon cleanse.
