• On dry hands and face
• Pump 1-2 shots of Face Balancing Essence onto your hands
• Apply to face, chin, nose, cheekbones and forehead
• Before massaging into face, moving in circles around the face and eyes
• Gently dab your face with fingertips to promote blood circulation and absorption of the essence
• Be careful not to contact the eyes with the cleanser
• Great after cleansing with the Erb Seven Pollen Cleansing Water or Oil and using the face serum after as a 3 step process
• It is very gentle on the skin but if you are worried about flower allergies, its extracted from flowers and not the same as inhaling the pollen through your respiratory tracts which causes most allergies You can apply as a test to the inner part of arm and leave for up to an hour to be sure there are no rashes or redness
