Mode 3: Counter-clockwise rotation for 2 minutes, rest for 6 minutes, cycle repeats.
Mode 4: Clockwise rotation for 2 minutes, rest for 6 minutes, counter-clockwise rotation for 2 minutes, rest for 6 minutes, cycle repeats.
