Replacement White Glass Bankers Lamp Shade Cover for Desk Lamp Note: Unplug the lamp socket. Carefully unscrew light bulb holder and unscrew light flex and then unscrew both ends of arms. Take care as these are often tight. Use gloves in case of danger from old shade splinters. Remove all of old shade. Replace shade (do not screw arms too tight) and reconnect bulb holder. Screw bulb holder back on but again not tightly(2 or 3 turns only). Reconnect lamp at last :) Youtube may help depending on make and model
