Sambucol is a great tasting food supplement packed with Black Elderberries. Black elderberries contain naturally occurring flavonoids.  It contains Vitamins C and Zinc, which are well known for their ability to support the immune system. Sambucol is made from Black Elderberries which have twice the natural antioxidant capacity of blueberries and more than 50% the overall antioxidant capability of cranberries. Antioxdants strengthen the immune system by helping neutralise the harmful effect of free radicals.

Daily Dosage:

• 1-6 years old: 1 teaspoon (5ml).
• 7-12 years old: 2 teaspoons (10ml).
  
  
• Dosage when feeling unwell:
• 1-6 years old: 1-2 teaspoons twice daily (10ml-20ml).
• 7-12 years old: 2-3 teaspoons twice daily (20ml-30ml).
