Q1) Are your items authentic?

Ans: Yes all our items are authentic, as long as the item is being patent or has copyright material we do not duplicate or sell any products that are against this policy so be ensured that we sell authentic items.

Q2) If I make an order today how long will it take for me to received my items?

Ans: We will send out the items within the next working day (ie if it's a weekend we will send it out on Monday) it would take about 2-5 days depending on the service provider.

Q3) How do you send out your items?

Ans: For registered or non registered mail we will send out via Singpost. For courier services we will engaged a courier service to pick it up and send it to your doorstep.

Q4) I have make an order but up to date I have yet to received my items can you help?

Ans: If you have selected registered mail for your items we will normally give you a tracking number for you to track your items. For courier service a tracking number will also be given for you to track your items but if you have selected non registered mail (at your own risk) we apologies that we will not be able to trace the whereabouts of your items and for lost of items we will not be providing a replacement/refund.

Q5) Help! I have given you the wrong address what can I do?

Ans: As it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that you provide qoo10 with the right address, we will not provide a refund or re-send the items if you fail to receive your items. Our advise is for you to check and ensure that the address is correct before we send out your items.

Q6) I'm trying to find a item but it's not listed on your page can you help?

Ans: If there is any items that you need and it's not on our page, kindly drop us an email and we will see if we can assist you in any other ways.
