NOTICE (3 July 2015)
Our bottle quality is comparable to those you can find in Singapore malls and we always thoroughly checked all items before delivery. However, during delivery process via normal mail, items may be handled together with other heavy items. Hence we highly encourage customer to opt for shipping via Qxpress. It is safer and trackable.
Nevertheless, we will packed the water bottles with thick layer of bubble wrap (as at 3 Jul 2015) as compared to original one layer of bubble wrap to give extra protection during delivery

Note that although Singpost normal mail is the cheapest delivery but we are not responsible and no refund on items lost in mail as they are untrackable.
