1.Skin should be clean and free of oil makeup.
2.Cut out tattoo of choice and remove the clear sheet.
3.Place tattoo face down on clean and dry skin.

6.Allow tattoo to dry.

HOW TO REMOVE:
1.Saturate tattoo with baby oil or alcohol
2.Wait 10 seconds,then rub away tattoo with cotton ball or towel.
