The Jura 70878 Cool Control Basic stores milk at 4°C, the ideal temperature for making milk foam for coffee drinks. The Cool Control can be set to as low as 25°C below the ambient temperature. Once the temperature reaches 4°C, it is kept there. The Cool Control also has an energy-saving automatic switch-off function. When the stainless steel container is removed, the cooling function is automatically deactivated. The high-quality stainless steel container holds 1 litre. With its bayonet lock, it is easy to remove, open, fill, store in the refrigerator as needed. When your all done the Jura 70878 Cool Control Basic can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
