6-month warranty extension for SE Sound Isolating™ Earphones
We are pleased to introduce the 6-month warranty extension program for selected SE Sound Isolating™ Earphones.
This program is designed to provide better after-sales service and encourage customer to buy from authorized channels, to fight against counterfeit and parallel imports. Only selected products purchased from an Authorized Dealer will entitle the 6-month warranty extension.
- Mechanism and Eligibility
Customers who purchased selected Shure Sound Isolating™ earphones* from an Authorized Dealer in selected Asian countries**, followed by the successful registration on the Shure Asia website within the standard 12-month warranty period will be eligible to extend the warranty for an additional 6 months.
Important
Customers will receive a confirmation email upon successful online registration and will need to keep it as proof for warranty claim within the 6-month extra warranty period. (Please refer to appendix for an example of email template)
Please note that the additional 6-month warranty extension is offered by Shure Asia Limited and is only valid in the country of purchase. Shure Asia reserves the right for final judgment on this program. No prior notice will be made for any changes of the above terms and conditions.

The 6-month warranty extension program will be effective from April 11, 2017, until further notice.
Meanwhile, customers who purchased entitled models between April 11, 2016 to April 10, 2017, and completed the online registration within their 12-month standard warranty period can also enjoy 6-month warranty extension for goodwill. Meaning this program will cover both existing channel inventory in authorized channels and coming new orders.
