We are from Singapore and if order outside Singapore is considered as international order. Please select the zone accordingly to your country. We do not ship in normal mail for international order. You must opt for registered mail. If we receive the order not according to your zone selected, we will cancel your order.

Terms & Conditions
1) Item will be posted from Singpost within 1 or 2 days after the confirmation of payment for both local and global orders. Please note that Singpost has no service on weekends & Sg ph.
2) There will be an additional SG$2.50 applicable for registered mails. We are strongly encouraged to opt for registered mails. With our low profit margin, KEL & Group will not be responsible for Lost or Missing mails or parcels sent through normal postage mails.

4) No refund or return unless we send the wrong items. To return within 14 days of items purchased. Return items must be same condition as the item in the seller's store in original package and unused. If replacement item is out of stock, we will refund or replace with other same price ranged items based on the customer's choice. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
