The device works by emitting a series of ultrasound impulses that are harmless and imperceptible for both humans and animals, but that disturb ticks and ￢eas, repelling them from pets and keeping them away. Operating range is about 1,5 metres. This highly eective product oers a principally preventive, ideal solution for repelling ticks and ￢eas in a totally ecological way and without contraindications of any kind. WARNING: It is not suitable for disinfecting pets that are aleady intensely infested. In tick season it is strongly recommened to be attached to the col lar of the pet and worn continously, also at home. It becomes fully eective in 24 hours after activation. Its eectiveness dependsalso on the state of the fur and the degree of contamination of the pet's environment. For full protection it is suggested taking other possible actions of safety (washing with shampoo, reducing contamination of the environment). In individual cases, in strongly infestated areas, some ticks may get onto the pet while wearing the device - in such cases the tick has to be removed in the usual way. USE: Attach the device to the collar with the side with slits towards the animal. Remove the plastic tab to connect the lithium battery already present (not replaceable). Four ￢ashes show that the device is on. To see if it is still operating press the button and check that the light still ￢ashes. 6 months warranty on technical malfunctions is provided. Moisture does not damage the device (IP13), but the repeller is not waterproof - direct contact with water should be avoided or the device must be dried to avoid damages. This is a small product, take care with children.
