I used this only ONE time. HUGE MISTAKE! The next morning I slept so long and hard but it wasn't until the SECOND morning-- on Monday morning around 6am-- that I woke up so uncomfortable with itching and a rash on my neck, burning and raw skin around my mouth, and rash beside my eye. Later that day and the next day, my face and eyes continued to swell up. My face was so red, the texture turned from rash to like a chemical burn. It hurt so so bad that I had to keep Vaseline (petroleum jelly) on my face and did not want to be seen by anyone! I had to miss work. I looked so horrible with a rash and swollen face. I looked like a monster. It hurt to talk and eat due to it stretching my burned skin. It is now Wednesday night and I still have flaky skin on my face covered in Vaseline and a rash and burning still on my neck. I'm taking pain meds and Benadryl and keeping hydrocortisone cream and Vaseline on it and waiting for my skin to heal! Hopefully back to normal! Worst feeling ever.Written by a customer while visiting NeutrogenaWas this review helpful?Yes (0)No (0)ReportCreated a rash covered face and neck10/3/2017Average rating:1out of5stars, based onreviews10/3/2017by Kenya3000I bought this a couple days ago and I’m regretting it. After buying I used once before going to sleep. Unfortunately I wake up to my face and neck covered in a rash/hives. My face felt like it was on fire.Fast forward to today after having to use a burn relief gel for the past days, my face is slowly healing. It feels less like it’s burning/stinging and the blotches are starting to go away.Would not recommend this product for people with sensitive skin or who don’t have a lot of acne. One problem area turned into a full face and neck full of problems.Written by a customer while visiting NeutrogenaWas this review helpful?Yes (0)No (0)ReportBest cleanser9/19/2017Average rating:5out of5stars, based onreviews9/19/2017by BludladyI have very oily ,sensitive and acne prone skin. This is the only face wash that can combat all three problems. My skin is usually extremely oily (seriously, when I do my morning makeup routine finishing with powder, my skin is already oily by the time I'm leaving my house), so I'm very surprised that this has made me driest exactly where I'm usually at my oiliest. I stopped using it, and I'm really concerned. I'm blotchy, I look like I have wind burn all over my face, it even shows through foundation and powder! My main concern is that it's been 4 days of constant moisturising (I have used 6 different moisturisers, they just get soaked up by my skin with no moisturising effect), and I've been using extra moisture face masks, applying organic honey, sweet almond oil, virgin olive oil- you name it, no improvement in dryness. It's almost as if my skin stopped producing sebum, and as bad as my oily skin was, I preferred it to this blotchy brown/red/flaky mess. At least my skin was an even colour before
