Recipe for Hello Kitty Pancakes :
- flour 140g (sieved)
- baking powder 1 tsp
- egg medium size 1
- buttermilk 140g
- sugar 3 tbsp
- pinch of salt
- salad oil (or normal vegetable cooking oil) 2 tsp
Add in the wet ingredients, followed by the dry ingredients. After mixing all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, let it rest at room temp for at least 10mins before using the pancake batter.
