What to do when received defective or wrong item? 

For any defect/wrong item delivered, please contact the seller for exchange via email at thesecretroom_sg@yahoo.com within 48 hours upon receipt of the item. We will respond to your email within 24 hours.

Any shortage of item or wrong item received

a) Provide picture of the item contents within the parcel package,
b) Provide picture of the parcel package with the delivery information.

 

Defective item received

Provide picture of the defective area of the received item.
If the faulty product is in stock, a replacement will be given to the customer once the faulty product is returned to us.
If the faulty product is out of stock, an exchange will be granted once the faulty product is returned to us.

Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

We strongly recommend Qxpress, Smartpac service and Singpost Registered Mail to our buyers. 
Because it is faster, reliable, and comes with tracking number. 
Seller will update tracking in the system once order confirm.

Singpost Normal Mail is the most cost effective shipping method in Singapore. However it is not trackable. 
If the parcel is lost, Singpost will not be responsible and there is no way to recover the parcel. 
It also takes longer time to deliver.

 

Non-receipt Claim issue (Did not receive the item)

Orders shipped via Qxpress:

If you do not receive your order even after order status has been changed to ‘Delivered’, 
please file for 'Non-receipt Claim' within 7 days.

Orders shipped via Singpost Normal Mail:

If you do not receive your order AFTER 15 working days, do contact us directly by dropping us a message 
at ‘Question & Answer’ section below. We will attend to your enquiry within 2 working days.
