3. Deliberate damage of items such that it may warrant an exchange.
(We will only do an exchange on the same size same model.)

Others Exchange Exclusions:
1. Size issues– Measurement is subject to mix. 2 to 3 cm error tolerance in flat measurement, depending on the measurement method by individual or product batch.

2. Color issues- The colors you see on your monitor might be slightly different from the actual colors of goods due to various reasons such as monitor temperature setting, maker characteristic and so on.

3. Item worn and stained or applied with perfume, has cigarette smell, altered in any form, washed, sent for dry cleaning and/ or damaged due to negligence are not applicable for exchange.
