Installation Instructions: 1. Snap the base of the Bungee to the bottom carryon;
2. Stack the target item on the top of the carryon;
3. Pull Bungee over the top bag and onto carron handle;
3. Pull elastic to increase tension to tighten the strap;
4. Lock elastic into place with the squeezable plastic lock.
