7. Priority will be given to those who are able to make immediate payment
8. Items will be sent to customers only after payment is received
9. Products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
10. Actual colors may differ from photos due to monitor's resolution
11. Exchange may be made for product on a case by case basis
12. LMS is not liable for any postage lost/damage item through normal postage
