The price has gone up since we started purchasing the product, but I do understand inflation. You can purchase a new printer for the same price as two toners (and it comes with one). It's not a small package...seems like it would hold more toner. Oh, and the box to return it in...It could use a little work, but not impossible to use. My co-worker and I wait until the last possible print job to change out the toner only because we do not like all the packaging included. Ordering the replacement toners is fast and easy online. I really like that I can return the old cartridge in the same box the new one came in and take it to any UPS drop box (we happen to have one right here at our business!).
