Spicy Fried Chicken Spices
How to prepare:
All you need is:
1. 1 sachet of spices
2. 1kg of pork ribs (To remove scum, boil for 5 mins and discard water)
3. 8 pieces of garlic (with skin-on)
4. 6 bowls of water (50oz)
How to cook:
1. Boil 50oz of water
2. Remove sachet from packaging and place it into the boiling water
3. Put in all other ingredients (except garlic)
4. Simmer for 45mins to 1hr on low heat or till pork is soften
5. Add garlic and boil for another 15 mins
6. Turn off heat and serve.
