Customer Service Information

We are Singapore based local online seller.  All items listed are in stock & ready to ship (unless otherwise stated).

If customer prefers Singpost Normal Postage (non-registered mail), it will be at customer’s risk if the item is lost in transist.  We highly encourage customer to opt for registered postage for a safer and trackable delivery.

Delivery will be sent between 1 - 3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) from the confirmation of orders.  You should be able to receive your item within 7 working days from the delivery date.

Strictly no exchange or refund available.  We only provide exchange of item due to incorrect item sent out or product defects. Customer must return the defective item within 3 days upon receiving.  We are not responsible for item lost during delivery, hence opting for registered mail is recommended. 

Returned item has to be in original condition (brand new and unused), including packaging and accessories (if any)
