These are REAL, actual eggs where we gently evaporated the water leaving crystals of pure egg whites. As a dietary supplement, you can add water and turn these crystals into light and fluffy eggs either in a pan on the stove or in a bowl in the microwave. These REAL Egg White Crystals are not heat denatured or damaged and have been kept in their original purest form. They can be added to your meals for additional protein

As a Shake:

Each scoop of Egg White Crystals equals one egg white. Each recommended serving size is 5 scoops, equal to 20 grams of protein. Add 1 to 2 servings to any shake of your choice such as a smoothie or 5% Nutrition REAL FOOD shake. Egg White Crystals can also be mixed and consumed with a liquid of your choice by using 1 serving with 12 ounces of liquid.

As Cooked Eggs:

In a Pan: Mix one serving of Egg White Crystals (5 scoops) with 8 ounces of water (a shaker cup works best). Pour mixture into a non-stick pan on medium heat. Slowly stir while cooking until mixture thickens and turns into scrambled eggs. Serve and enjoy.

In a Microwave: Mix one serving of Egg White Crystals (5 scoops) with 6 ounces of water (a shaker cup works best) and pour into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on regular heat for 1 minute then stir contents. After stirring place bowl back in microwave and heat for additional 30 seconds. Continue heating in 30 second intervals and stirring until you reach the desired consistency.
