This Little Nyonya Seafood Curry Paste is both flavourful and versatile. With only 20 minutes of cooking time required, the paste is an earthy blend of spices which include fenugreek, coriander, garlic, ginger, lemongrass and chilli.
Add your choice of seafood and serve with rice.

You Will Need
1 pack of Seafood Curry Paste (250g)
Your choice of seafood (Fish, prawn, squid, etc.)
Brinjal, cut into chunks
Okra (Lady's fingers)
50ml coconut milk
Tomatoes, sliced
Onions, sliced
Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
- Combine 2 litres of water (8 cups) and spareribs with the paste. Cook on medium flame for 30 minutes.
- Cook vermicelli, kangkong and beansprouts separately. Add cooked prawns.
- Put together a bowl of cooked vermicelli, kangkong, beansprouts and prawns. Add the soup and spareribs. Garnish with fried shallots. Makes 5 portions.
Storage Tips
Store any unused portions in an airtight container for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
Can be kept in the freezer for up to a month.
