2.Choose your blade!Grip the green plastic blade guide and pull away from the slicer body.Turn to align the blade fo 
your choice then reattach
3.For best results use firm large vegetables that easily fit into the slicer
4.Place the vegetable into the center of the slicer cone.With firm pressure twist the vegetable for perfect noodles
5.Use the cap when the vegetable gets very short to minimize wastage and protect fingers
6.After use simply rinse under runing water using brush supplied to remove vegetable residue-Dishwasher safe
