I was a bit apprehensive about trying something but I was looking for a detox solution when I found Balleto Slim. It feels amazing. This works! Paired this with a detox diet to get the toxins out of my body. The first day, I took it in the morning, nothing much happened until night came. The pills started working and my body started purging. Surprisingly only felt slight discomfort and not too much cramping. Was more gentle than I thought want a detox would be. Second day the number of times had to go was increased. Still only mild discomfort, coupled with the detox diet that I was already on, my body was starting to feel lighter and not so bloated. By the third day I was starting to see why scheduling when to take this was important, as some of the other comments have pointed out. I would recommend taking it in the night, and going in the morning, seems to take more sense that way. This is the fourth day and my body seemed to be slowly getting into a rhythm. Will definitely continue to use this to see how it goes. Last note: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated!
