1. Customers are encouraged to use registered mail or trackable delivery services. Riviera Marketplace will not be liable for any damaged or lost parcels should customers opt for normal mail. As normal mail does not have tracking facilities, we are unable to locate the damaged and lost parcels.
2. Customers who opt for normal mail will have to bear the cost of any damaged or lost parcels. We will not refund or resend the goods for any damaged or lost parcels when customers opt for normal mail.
3. Using registered mail or trackable delivery services can allow customers to track the parcel. This will also minimise the damage and loss of parcel and long delivery time.
4. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days upon successful payments.
5. Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable unless the parcels are damaged or lost via using registered mail or trackable delivery services. Goods are inspected for good condition before shipping out.
6. In the event of undelivered parcels, customers have to bear the cost of redelivery if it is due to customers’ error (e.g. wrong address provided, uncollected parcel).
