Refund & Cancellation policy

Full refund is made when:

1) No stock is available for specific products.

2) Incorrect items

In this case you need to inform us within 3days, the item detail along with order number, contact number (Email &HP)

Email to us.

 

Items are Not Refundable & Cancellation  once the shipment has been done.

Exchange Goods policy

Exchange can be done within 7 days after receiving the defect items, you need to inform us within 3days with the clear picture shown on defect item you are required to mail us the goods within 3days via singpost register mail and SMS or Email the tracking number to us, if not we will consider that you have accepted the goods.

 

Please note that Actual GOODS is 10~15% allowance more or less in colour to Image colours which must be accepted by customer.
