Usually this product does not work for several reasons:
1. The Wireless Charger is compatible with fully QI-enabled devices, for the devices which have no QI function, it's necessary to purchase an extra wireless receiver for your phone.
2. If extra Qi wireless receiver is required, pls note: the thickness of receiver can't exceed 2mm. And the working distance should be within 7mm.
3. Please do NOT use metal protective phone cover case when charging with this wireless charging pad, otherwise your phone can get hot and cause danger.
4. We strongly recommend using 2A adapter at least. Don't connect to the computer, because output from computer is only 500-800mA.
