Depending on how much weight you gained during your most recent pregnancy, your body shape and the level of swelling of your body after giving birth, you may not be able to fit immediately into your true size. Some women choose to wait until the swelling subsides but others purchase one size above their true size to receive immediate postpartum support.
- How do I know if I'll need two sizes? Use the Bellefit Sizing Calculator to find out if we recommend two sizes for your postpartum recovery or contact us to speak to a sizing specialist.
- Why do you need my hip measurement? When you wear a Bellefit girdle, it must go past your hips. If your hip measurement (around the widest part of your hips) is incorrect, the girdle won't go over your hips and may get damaged, or the girdle will be too loose and not provide the needed compression.
- You need to know your pre-pregnancy US jean size.

Directions
