1. Basic cleaning - Daily
2. Deep cleansing & Exfoliation - 3 times a week
3. Water therapy (cold shot) - Daily
Basic Cleaning - Never bathe with bare hands!
Always use a bath puff to lather foam over your body.
It saves you a whole lot of shower gel in long run.
Foam cleanses more gently yet more effective.
The bath puff light friction helps to remove the surface
dirt more effectively and stimulate skin blood circulation.
Deep Cleansing & Exfoliation - Use the suitable tool & material!
Choose from Bath pads, bath scrubbers, bath gloves, bath mitts, back straps
and/or scrub towels for cleansing & exfoliating different parts of your body.
Using the right tool will help you reach parts which are difficult to reach and
allow you to enjoy your bath time alot better!
Using the right material will help you use the right texture for the right part
of body. If you over-exfoliate a tender part such as your chest, you can do more
harm than good - causing skin irritation.
Water therapy (Cold Shot) - For that final boost!
*This is not for everyone! Pregnant ladies / elderly or anyone with health conditions, please seek physician's advice.
Cold shower has always been known for many health benefits - one of which being to
close the pores of the skin! Similar to facial skin care, warm water wash or steaming
is a common practice to open up the pores for cleansing which is to be followed by a
cold water splash to close up the pores. Whether those theories work out or not, that
final cold rinse does freshen you up for the day!
Loofah Bamboo series

What is Loofah?
A loofah is made from a ripe dried gourd-like plant which is a tropical and subtropical vine that comprises the
genus Luffa that's in the cucumber family.
Why is loofah good for exfoliation?
The natural cellulose fibrous wonder of loofah makes it the best exfoliating material for removing unwanted dead skin
cells that dulls your skin. The seeming rough texture will also soften when in contact with water, making it effective yet
gentle enough never to damage your skin. It is so good that the original raw version is used as dish washing sponge
in many household since it will not scratch their pots and pans.
What is Bamboo terry?
Bamboo terry is the towel portion that is made from bamboo fibre. Bamboo is a type of grass with a hard, woody
and hollow stem (the ones that Giant Pandas feed on).
Why is bamboo terry used?
Bamboo are naturally anti-bacteria which allows it to thrive naturally without using any pesticide since it is seldom
eaten by pests or infected by pathogen due to its natural bacteriostasis bio-agent. Being anti-bacteria means
no additional chemical anti-microbial is required, making this a good choice for people with sensitive skin.
Bamboo fabrics are also found to be unusually breathable and cool yet highly absorbent. This is due to the cross
section of the bamboo being filled with various micro-gaps and micro-holes, allowing it to has much better moisture
absorption and ventilation.
We recommend:
1. Always lather a layer of foam all over the body before exfoliation.
2. Use exfoliation products in circular motion especially for delicate areas.
Only for the back strap, you should use a back and forth action.
3. Do not use after going for sunbathing or if you are suffering from sun burnt.
You should also limit the usage if you have sensitive skin and rash.
4. Do not share such products with your family members / partners as germs
can spread. Bathing accessories, like towels, should be personal.
5. Always hang up to dry after use.
6. VERY IMPORTANT:
Loofah will harden when dried so you must always wet and soften the loofah before using on your skin.
Many people have mis-used it by scrubbing directly on skin without softening which can cause pain and discomfort.
