Instructions
1. Clean and dry the area before you start so that the tattoo could last longer. 2. Choose your favorite design. Use a small scissors and carefully cut the design out from the sheet. 3. Peel off the white backing and place the clear layer, with the glue design down, on your skin, making sure no wrinkles or blebs. 4. Wait for 1-2 minutes, and then gently remove the clear film from the top of sticker. 5. Use the small brush to apply the glitter powder to your skin. You can mix any colors as you want. Use the large brush to clear away any excess glitter.
