All items are posted out next working day unless is run out of stocks.

NORMAL PROCESS IF IS RUN OUT OF STOCKS :

In case is run out of stocks we'll pre-order the item waiting period 8 - 14 working days excluding( SAT/SUN/PUBLIC HOLIDAY ) to arrival singapore before we can courier the item to your register address.

A. If you order more than 1 item you can choose to wait for all the items to arrival before we ship out.

B. To request the ready stock to be send out first ( We'll ship to you on a later date when stock arrival additonal cost for postal will be added)

C. Replace to other product.

Refund / Exchange/ Feedback Comment

All item which you purchased are being inspected & brand new before we send out. Once sold is consider sold we does not and will not accept refund of any amount due to simple change of mind or whatsoever reason when you receives the product. We only accept exchanging 1 to 1 product due to sizes reason or defect item.

Kindly ensure that the size which you make is correct measurement & material selection before placing any order there maybe tolerance of 2-4cm if by different measurement method it will not consider as defected item.

For feedback comment buyer kindly check on the product information before making any purchase please do not leave any bad comment or feedback due to size measurement ( Your height , bra , sizes ) as we have encounted customers who simple look at the model picture and click purchase it's your own responibilites to take measurement and check on the product information before making any purchase online.There maybe tolerance of 2-4cm if by different measurement method / Colour / material image due to screen resolution it will not consider as defected item do not purchase if you're not comfortable with the T & C. For exchanging of sizes or to other product due to unable to fit in buyer kindly send us a e-mail direct for exchanging of other product.

We only accept exchange within 2 working days from the date you receives, we will not process any exchange after the cut off time.

All return has to be in orginal packing with tag and packing for those who mail back without informing us we will not be entertained and we'll return the items back to your mailing address.

For exchanging of product kindly send the product back to us by register mail only as we'll not take any full responibilites for any lost mail during transit.

For exchanging of product buyer has to bear 2 ways (Register mail ) in order to exchange your products. We will not take full responibilites if you choose normal mail.

For buyer that receives wrong size , defected item kindly drop us an email together with a photo on the product and statue the defected area we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Once error found we'll send you an e-mail on the details for exchanging.

Kindly return the product & mail back to us within 2 working days and return in orginal condition only for customers who seek advance approval from us.

We'll only post out the exchanging of product when we receives your product return together with the return postage fee.
