How to use?
Press down on a side of the disk in the cap and dispense a nickel-sized amount (or more as needed) onto a loofah, hands or wash cloth and lather onto damp skin. Leave it on while shampooing and conditioning your hair. Rinse thoroughly. For foot soak, dispense a quarter-sized amount (use more as needed) into a basin of warm water, immerse your feet for 15 minutes.
