TERMS OF SALES


PAYMENT MODES:
1. All product payments are made via Qoo10. (Various modes include Paypal/Credit card/Debit card). 
2. We strictly do not accept direct payments from our customers.

DELIVERY SERVICES:
1. Qxpress delivery takes around 2-3 working days.(Highly recommended)
2. Singpost registered article mail takes around 3-4 working days.
*We strongly recommend our customers to take Qxpress delivery option as it ensures a quicker and safer form of delivery to your doorstep.

ORDER STATUS:
1. Once we have received your order, Item will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours(excluding sunday)
2. Any cancellation of orders before items are shipped out, we will process a full refund to our customers.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
We will accept refund/exchange of items within 7 days except for the below conditions:
1. Product seal(shrink wrap) has been broken and content used.
2. Product has been broken or damaged.(exceptional for shipping box & wrap)
3. Exchange for other products once order has been confirmed and shipped out. 
4. For Singapore normal mail - Free (Shopdiary not liable for any loss or damages)
* Buyers are to bear all return shipping costs(initial and return shipping), unless the shipment is our error and we will bear all relevant shipping charges.
