*Place support around the lower back area using both hands.
*While holding the support in place over the stomach area, pull the inner belt (closest to the body) with the hook tab across the abdominal area to your desired tension and support level.
*Lock down the ends of the outer belt by attaching the hook tab section across and down the opposite side of the belt.

Care instructions: Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent. Air dry.
